First up, me and the teenager before I went out for New Year’s Eve.

It’s been a long time since I’ve linked up with Emily for Embrace the Camera.
I just looked it up, the last time was in February.
I’m going to get back in the groove with the weekly posts, starting with some older shots of me and the teenager.
She loves to wear my glasses.
We went to the mall one day just to try on clothes that we would never wear.
So fun.
We had a mother-daughter date on National Museum Day and though we were disappointed by the museum we went to, we had a blast taking random pictures.
During these tumultuous teenaged years, I think it’s more important than ever to sneak into some of her pictures.

It’s time to Embrace the Camera again this week.

This week is all about me and Miss Rose.
I caught her in the kitchen making Miss Margaret take pictures of her.
I just hopped into the frame.
She was a little irritated at the photo bomb but then she embraced it.
Apparently the whole point was to take a picture of the acid wash jeans she’s wearing.
(She refuses to believe that they were popular when I was Miss Margaret’s age.)
I love my teenager.

I haven’t joined Embrace the Camera in a while.
When I was taking pics of Miss Margaret last week, I decided to set up the timer and put my camera on the tripod so that I could hop in the pics with her.
We had so much fun trying to get both of us just right.
